Ingredients:
6 kepok bananas, steamed, cut into pieces
Pisang Ambon syrup 150 ml
100 ml of sweetened condensed milk NESTLE ® stamp Miss
crushed ice
Porridge Marrow:
100 grams of rice flour
75 grams sugar
1 liter of coconut milk
1 sheet of pandan leaf
½ teaspoon salt
How to Treat:
1. Porridge Marrow: Stir all ingredients until blended.
2. Cook, stirring, stirring until thick. Remove and let cool.
3. Prepare the serving glasses. Give marrow porridge, banana slices.
4. Cover with crushed ice and let the syrup and sweetened condensed milk.
5. Serve immediately.
tips:
- Select kepok an old banana to taste sweet. Can also be usedhorn or plantain bananas are ripe.
